Strictly Come Dancing Winner 2010 (finals 18th December 2010)

the Kara and Artem Team. It was truly a beautiful finale for the 8th Season of Strictly Come Dancing with the usual dazzles. Kara looking stunning in her beautiful nude/tan dress.

The winning couple danced to Simply Red's "If You Don't Know Me By Now" (Score= 38 out of 40) and Michael Bublé's "Cry Me a River" (Score = 37 out of a possible 40) but did four performances in total.

Look at those final scores, 75 out of 80 and it was pretty tight as the runner up Aliona and Matt had 72 out of 80.

Kara Louise Tointon was born in Essex, England in on the 5th of August 1983

• she is best known for playing Dawn Swann in Eastenders
• her sister Hannah Marie Tointon (born 1987) is also a British Actress on Hollyoaks and The Inbetweeners
• she was the winner of the Strictly Come Dancing Sport Relief special edition with Mark Ramprakash

Artem Chigvintsev is a Russian Professional Dancer

• he is working in the UK with a work visa
• rumored to be dating Kara (we'll see how that develops!)
